Bioorigin Fruits, founded in 2019, handles the packaging of agricultural products, including the Tunisian organic date variety ‘Deglet Nour’, its derivatives, and dried fruits. This variety comes from the organic oases of the Jerid and Nefzewa regions, cultivated by small farmers (maximum 1 hectare).
Since its creation in 2020, Bioorigin Fruits has been committed to promoting organic farming, the socio-economic development of these regions, and environmental protection. It relies on fair trade as a lever to encourage these farmers to become more involved in organic agriculture and to trust this method of production.
These farmers are registered in associations certified as « organic » and « Fairtrade ».
Over the years, Bioorigin Fruits has remained not only a packaging unit but also a true partner for farmers in enhancing dates, their derivatives, and promoting sustainable development.
Since 2019, Bioorigin Fruits has been promoting Tunisian organic dates and their derivatives with a strong commitment to sustainable agriculture, fair trade, and quality. We support small farmers and export certified organic & Fairtrade products worldwide.
